I’m a Senior Product Designer with 15+ years’ experience designing and rebuilding complex digital products across education, SaaS, start-ups, finance, and non-profit organisations. My work sits at the intersection of complexity, clarity, and human needs. I’m often brought in when products are hard to use, hard to scale, or hard to move forward. I enjoy working in ambiguous problem spaces, simplifying intricate workflows, and helping teams turn complexity into experiences that feel intuitive, accessible, and genuinely useful.
